Overview
Joined Prachyam as the first dedicated engineer and performed forensic stabilisation on a platform that had accumulated critical technical debt. Systematically resolved backend reliability issues, expanded the Flutter mobile app, introduced multi-currency payment support, and proposed and led a full architectural rewrite to a cross-platform monorepo targeting web, iOS, Android, and five TV platforms.
Tech
The existing stack combined a TypeScript/Express API, Strapi headless CMS, Flutter/Dart mobile client, and a Go-based microservice layer backed by MySQL and Redis. Payment processing spans Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. Firebase handles push notifications and AWS SES delivers transactional email.
